Hey there! Welcome to my portfolio!

In this page, I am going to show you the various achievements that I am very proud of. However unfortunately, my certificates are kept inside my holisitic development folder that I cant get access to yet. To have a better view of my records, please click on the images. Each achievement is presented in order.

In 2024, me and a few of my other CCAmates participated in the Interschool Pentangular Sports Carnival, where we compete against other schools in the sport of our choice. I chose frisbee, and by communicating well with my teammates, we managed to win a gold medal for our school. Aside from that, I also participated in the overnight Secondary 3 Camp endeavour, where me and my batchmates get to experience grueling activities such as cycling for four activties. Even though the camp was quite tough as I faced minor injuries, I still experienced a lot of fun and excitement, as well as learning to perservere through difficult challenges

In 2023, I attended a self managed workshop called Unity Bootcamp organised by Tinkercademy at St Patrick’s Secondary School as part of my CCA. In this bootcamp, I learnt how to code in C# and how to use a game engineering programme called Unity. I also learnt to develop the various styles of games such as visual novel, platformer and First Person Shooter (FPS). Together with a friend, we developed a 2D platformer game. The certificate above shows my certificate of completion for the bootcamp with my CCA school record below

In 2025, I was chosen as an orientation leader for the secondary Ones. Throughout this orientation, I and alongside other orientation leaders hosted bbonding activities for them such as playing a game called 'Two truths, One lie'. In the end, the students got along well with eachother.

In 2024, I represented my school through my CCA and participated a course called Artificial intelligence for Youth Training where we learnt about how to code in Python and sources used when making datasets such as Numpy. In late June 2024, I was selected with four other CCA mates to participate in the National Youth Tech Championship held in the Google Singapore office organised by IMDA. In this competition, I learnt how to do Video editing and Capcut. For my leadership program, I also participated in the OneBDS x SPD, where we host bonding activities for disabled children.

In 2023, I represented my class in the Bedok South Secondary Youth Carnival where I helped in facilitating activities for my schoolmates.

Another course that my CCA has went through that was not mentioned here was that I had attended the Swift Playgrounds Course by Tinkercademy. In this course, we get to learn the basics of coding in this programming language called "Swift". I, alongside with a few of my CCAmates were assigned to make a Food App for the school, where students can order their food from the canteen stalls 30 minutes before so that they do not have to queue at the canteen stalls. I was tasked to do the Order Confirmation page of the app. Throughout this project, I faced many challenges such as my code not working the correct way. Even though the app was rejected in the end, at least I gained some experience in learning how to make apps with Swift

In 2023, I conducted through my CCA, a scratch game workshop where we taught our schoolmates (who have signed up for the workshop) on how to develop games using a coding programme called Scratch. We also held a mini competition on who will make the best game. I then in conducted a similar Scratch workshop at Heartbeat Bedok, where we thought underpriveleged kids on how to develop games on Scratch. Similar to the earlier workshop we conducted in school,, we held a mini competition on who makes the best game.

In 2022, I participated in the 'Use Your Hand Campaign' where we got to learn about reusing the waste that we have. In this campaign, we got to make soup out of vinegar and peeled orange skins.

OTHER COMPETITIONS I HAVE PARTICIPATED IN, EXTERNAL OR INTERNAL

In 2024, I participated in the Tiong Bahru Croissant Competition, where the participants would have to draw an image of the cafe's croissant in any medium. the image shown below is the image I had drawn for the competition. Unofrutnately, there was no indication whether we lost or won (I am assuming that it is the former). This piece had a halloween-esque theme to it because the competition was around the halloween period.

In the same year, I also participated in my school's National Day Poster Competition. My 2024 poster (right) is a remake of my 2021 poster (left) I drawn for a similar competition in primary school
